Prawns with vegetables crudités

Ingredients for 4 people

12 prawns
20 cherry tomatoes
200 gr of Tropea onions
1 lemon
1 clove of garlic
10 basil leaves
1 tablespoon of vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper as needed


30 minutes

  • Cut the red onion into thin slices and place it in a bowl covered with water and a tablespoon of vinegar for at least 20 minutes
  • Take the prawns in the meantime and after having removed the carapace, remove them from the intestine
  • Marinate them with a little oil and the garlic clove cut into thin slices for about ten minutes
  • Meanwhile take the tomatoes and cut them into wedges
  • Add the tomatoes to the drained onion and basil and season with oil
  • Take back the prawns and cook them in a pan with oil (it will take about 4-5 minutes
