Ingredients for one salami

300 gr of dry biscuits
2 eggs
100 gr of sugar
200 gr of chocolate
150 grams of butter
powdered sugar to taste

30 minutes

  • Crumble the dry biscuits coarsely, remembering that they must be felt inside your sweet salami
  • Take the chocolate and after having it shredded, let it melt in a bain-marie
  • Take the butter and, after bringing it to room temperature, work it with a wooden spoon
  • Add the sugar and the eggs to the butter in order to obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream
  • Add to all the chocolate, now warmed
  • Add the crumbled biscuits to them
  • Mix everything trying to give your cake an elongated shape (it must look like a real salami)
  • Helping you with the baking paper form a kind of candy in which you close your salami
  • Put your chocolate salami in the refrigerator for at least three hours
  • Once it has hardened, pass it in powdered sugar
  • Voilà your salami is ready!
