- Take the potatoes and after cleaning them, remove the skin
- Boil them in boiling water
- Use the special tool to make potato spaghetti
- In a pan sauté the oil with the crushed garlic in a shirt, the chilli pepper and chopped parsley
- Meanwhile, blanch the spaghetti in boiling salted water
- Once the oil is browned, remove the garlic and briefly skip the spaghetti you have drained
- Serve warm and decorated with parsley leaf.
