Grape marmalade

Ingredients for 4 people

1 kg of grapes
400 gr of sugar
1 lemon squeezed

  • Take the grapes and wash it carefully, depriving it of branches and leaves
  • Wash it carefully
  • Put the clean berries in a pot and cook for about 15 minutes
  • Turn off the heat and shake it with a mixer
  • Then pass them through a sieve
  • Put them back on the fire
  • Add the sugar and lemon juice
  • Mix carefully until you get your compote
  • Fill the sterilized jars and once closed, turn them backwards
  • NB: the capsules must be sterile!
