Chicken meat rolls

Ingredients for 4 people

4 slices of chicken breast
125 g of grated bread
A bunch of parsley
An egg
100 g of grated parmesan
Extra virgin olive oil
A clove of garlic
Leaves of fresh sage
Half a glass of dry white wine


30 minutes

  • Take the four slices of chicken and beat them until they are thin enough
  • Meanwhile in a bowl mix the breadcrumbs, the parsley that you have previously minced, the egg and the grated parmesan
  • Mix everything until a firm mixture is obtained
  • Take your chicken slices and lay down some of the stuffing you will have obtained
  • Roll them up and stop them with a toothpick (you can help yourself with kitchen wire to keep your rolls closed)
  • Place the rolls in a pot with a little oil, sage leaves and a crushed garlic clove
  • Brown and wet with the wine
  • Lower the heat and cook for about 20 minutes
  • Serve on a bed of rocket.
