We have already known Luciana for her fantastic risotto pasta. With this recipe, on the other hand, he wanted to make the most Italian dishes cooked: the roast with bologna ham. A delicacy that will leave everyone breathless.

The stuffed chicken by Luciana Gotti

Ingredients for five people

300 gr. Of sliced chicken breast
250 g of Bologna ham (mortadella)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of grana cheese
Oil q.s.
Butter q.s.
Rosemary q.s.
4 sage leaves
1 clove of garlic
White wine q.s.
Salt to taste.

1 hour

  • Take the chicken breast and cut it into thin slices
  • Then place it on a cutting board
  • Take the eggs at this point and break them in a bowl
  • Whisk them with a fork, add the salt and the parmesan cheese
  • Cook your omelette in a low pan with a little oil
  • Cover with a lid until your omelette is cooked
  • Once ready, spread the omelette over the chicken slices
  • Complete with the mortadella slice
  • Once this is done, roll up your roast and tie it with string
  • Put a piece of butter and olive oil in a pan and cook for about an hour
  • When cooking, blend with white wine
  • Your roast will be ready after about an hour
  • Leave it to cool and cut into slices
  • Serve it with seasonal vegetables
